| 摘要： | In the changing environment of public and private sector airport development, effective intergovernmental communication has become the critical factor in the maintenance of the aviation system needed to provide safe service and economic stimulus in the future. This intergovernmental coordination is also the most vulnerable link in a development process, which can be easily derailed by lack of communication and compromise. This paper discusses specific issues and future research directions regarding intergovernmental coordination in aviation development. |
