| 摘要： | As far back as the "Rocket Age" of the mid-1950s, self-driving cars were a concept that seemed possible in the near future. Back then, it was envisioned that the fully automated cars would zip down the highways, primarily due to electric wires embedded in the pavement, without drivers attending to the controls. "So cool!" we thought and excitedly looked forward to when that day would come. Well, it has, at least to some extent, but not as imagined. |
