| 摘要： | Claire Mann, Transport for London's director of bus operations since early 2017, is returning to the railway industry as managing director of South Western Railway, the FirstGroup/ Hong Kong MTR joint venture, from early 2021. Enhanced safety measures have characterised her four-year tenure in charge of the day-to-day delivery of the 9,200-strong bus fleet, in particular the drafting and implementation of TfL's Bus Safety Standard. Mann joined the railway industry in 1997 as a customer service assistant with Heathrow Express, graduated to become a train driver and went on to hold various managerial posts with train operating companies. She joined TfL in 2016 as director for the Docklands Light Railway. |
