February always feels like a really productive month. We are all back and firmly focused on our business objectives and making sure we deliver a strong start to plan. Of course, this year there is the additional overhang of COVID and the uncertainties of Brexit. But, inevitably, we need to return to the essential things that help customers and drive sales. Following excellent work ensuring we are all ready for the new rules on finance commissions and disclosures, it's now a great time to focus on training and development plans for all customer facing staff. |
