| 摘要： | Each road safety jurisdiction and research institution was asked to consider how we should respond to the challenge of achieving a continuing decrease in the road toll. Their responses are set out below under headings corresponding to various issues and areas of concern deserving of being called ‘challenges’. Some jurisdictions in their submissions presented information on their institutional arrangements for road safety coordination and the progress of their Road Safety Strategies/Plans. This information is presented in Appendices I and 2. Notes on aspects of the 1998 Road Safety Summit, not dealt with separately in the body of the paper, are presented (courtesy of FORS) in Appendix 3. |
