There's no way I would have predicted in Januai 2020 what we would experience over the course of the year ... a global pandemic, a recession, the unprecedented severe weather from coast to coast. In some ways it was an opportune time to recommit to members that we're here to help them navigate whatever is thrown at them. We have done that throughout the Covid crisis and will continue to do it, as well as continuing to help them deal with all the issues that predated Covid and will come up after it. |
