| 摘要： | Atlantic Wind Transfers, North Kingston, R.I., will be serving the Dominion Energy Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project with its new crew transfer vessel the Atlantic Endeavor. The CTV service was incorrectly identified in the December 2020 issue of WorkBoat. The captain of the dive boat Conception, the Santa Barbara, Calif.-based vessel that caught fire last year resulting in the deaths of 33 passengers and one crewmember, was indicted in December by a federal grand jury on 34 counts of seaman's manslaughter. Jerry Nehl Boylan, 67, of Santa Barbara, was named in the indictment returned by a federal grand jury. |
