| 摘要： | December 2000,the port and harbor vision for the new millennium, “A Port and Harbor Vision to Connect People’s Lives with the Sea and the World – Construction of Ports through Partnership Between the Central Government and Communities,” set forth the basic policy for ports in the 21st century. The fundamental goal of the port policy in this vision is to realize “ports that connect people’s lives with the sea and the world.” To this end emphasis will be given to “the Rebirth of Ports with a Broad-Based Network,” “Rebirth of the Community and User-friendly Ports Open to the Rest of Japan and the World,” and "Ports in the 21st Century.” |
