摘要: Evaluation of ITS projects plays an important role in ITS deployment. However, the traditional cost-benefit analysis (CBA) may fail to capture the multiple impacts of ITS projects. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, a widely used multicriteria decision making method, is proposed here to overcome obstacles in ITS projects evaluation. Moreover, the procedure is also provided to demonstrate how to apply AHP in ITS projects evaluation. In the case study, AHP shows fine performance and flexible features. It is concluded that AHP is a perspective method for dealing with qualitative and quantitative multidimensional effects of ITS projects.
