| 摘要： | Parking Enforcement is always a key issue for a better traffic condition in urban area. Traditional manual enforcement takes efforts to track all violation activities from the beginning of the event to the end of the event, such as expired meter or illegal parking. By using Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) with Visual Basic (VB) based program, the so-call Digital Parking Assistant (DiPA) greatly improves the efficiency of the parking enforcement. Market-ready PDAperipherals, such as blue-tooth scanner, blue-tooth GPRS cellular phone, portable thermal printer, even make the DiPAmore versatile. |
