| 摘要： | This paper is a synopsis of major research efforts and findings with respect to a study of traffic flow behavior of a segment of a freeway corridor. The long-term objective of the research is to develop congestion mitigation and management techniques for the study segment. The specific objective of this initial effort is to develop a traffic flow database for the above segment. |
