| 摘要： | The purpose of this paper is to provide the transportation community with a survey and analysis of state Departments of Transportation highway congestion/speed monitoring system and their corresponding data feeds. This survey and analysis can be used by state Departments of Transportation in initiating projects for acquisition and dissemination of congestion/speed data, or evaluating and perhaps modifying their present collection and dissemination efforts. The analysis addresses the requirements that Information Service Providers (ISPs) have for congestion/speed data. |
