| 摘要： | In an attempt to isolate just one benefit of NAVIGATOR (the Georgia intelligent transportation system) for study, this research focuses exclusively on reduced delay due to accidents on the freeway. The benefits discovered during this evaluation can be contributed entirely to the surveillance, incident detection, and HERO components of NAVIGATOR in the locations where it is fully deployed. |
