| 摘要： | This is the final report in a series on FAST-TRAC (Faster and Safer Travel through Traffic Routing and Advanced Controls) institutional issues. The purpose of this series is to identify important non- technical issues experienced during the course of the FAST-TRAC field operational test, and to share the lessons gained from these experiences. The intent is to provide guidance for those who will be taking responsibility for future Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) operational tests and deployments, so that they might benefit from the difficulties, successes and day-to-day challenges experienced in bringing the FAST-TRAC project to fruition. |
