| 摘要： | During the winter of 1997-1998. Howard County, Maryland in collaboration with Montgomery County, Maryland, initiated a Federally-funded evaluation of at least two digital-based red light running detection systems: A) "Guardian" by Peek Traffic Systems of Great Britain; and B) "Red Eye 77" by Driver Safety Systems of Israel. A late entry to the evaluation was "Smartcam" by Redflex Traffic Systems of Australia. |
