| 摘要： | The City of Colorado Springs received a $2.3 million CMAQ (Congestion Mitigation/Air Quality) grant for the development of its intelligent transportation system program. The funds have been used to establish the TOC (traffic operations center) and a 16 mile smart corridor along Interstate 25 which bisects Colorado Springs, as well as to implement new technologies for the ITS program. The City has developed new programs and technologies at minimal costs through creative ideas and cooperative efforts with industry leaders. |
