| 摘要： | The paper describes the impacts of the National Transportation Communications for ITS Protocol (NTCIP) with respect to procurement equipment warehousing, staffing and costs. It then describes the framework of NTCIP including its relationships to the National ITS Architecture and to traditional communications protocols (like the Internet protocol IP). The concept of protocols is supported through a review of the Open Systems Interconnection Reference Model (OSI-RF) and the protocol layering concept of NTCIP. Finally, the interaction between the ITI and NTCIP is discussed in relationship to the ITS Architecture subsystems. |
