| 摘要： | The Spanish Ministry of Public Works and Transport has begun to implement a pavement management system for its road network. Studying the experience of other authorities has been extremely important in selecting a method. The aim was to adapt the system to the circumstances of the network. The system is being implemented in stages in order to produce results as soon as possible and to not lose the advantages of a rigorous approach. The existing requirements and resources available have been considered in selecting the data to be collected. Some of the problems that have arisen during the work have been solved, and it is hoped that others will be solved in the future. The first stage has been implemented, and work is under way on the second stage. |
