| 摘要： | On December 13, 1999 the National Commission Against Drunk Driving hosted a national debate on three key issues in impaired driving: (1) The .08 % Legal BAC Limit, (2) Vehicle Confiscation for DUI, and (3) Mandatory Testing of Drivers in Fatal and Serious Injury Crashes.
