| 摘要： | This paper summarizes the information obtained from telephone interviews that were performed with agencies that have implemented the SCOOT and SCATS adaptive traffic signal control systems in North America. The interviews included discussion of various issues associated with the deployments of adaptive signal control systems. The interviewed agencies were, in general, very satisfied with the performance of the implemented adaptive control systems. |
