| 摘要： | The primary objective of the project was to develop a PC-based Kit allowing users to evaluate the economic impact of existing rural inland waterway ports and terminals. This Analysis Manual focuses on the details and processes that will be necessary when using the Kit to perform an economic impact analysis of a port or terminal. Included in the discussion are data collection requirements, methodology issues, and the interpretation of the findings. |
