| 摘要： | The objective of the conference was to focus attention on highway/utility issues. Speakers representing Federal, State, and local highway agencies, the utility industry, professional associations, the academic community, and the private sector were invited to attend the conference and participate on the program. The record of their remark is contained within these proceedings of the conference. About 130 professional people attended the conference. In addition to the technical sessions, workshops were conducted on pertinent highway/utility topics. These workshops provided an opportunity for the conference participants to discuss in detail issues raised in the technical sessions or of particular concern. |
