摘要: Based on the various studies in diverse areas of construction risk management and risks associated with major projects, identification of risks in various stages of projects, the schedule of construction of tunnel during Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) risk was calculated by using Monte Carlo Simulation method and also using @risksoftware. A detailed analysis has been done on various risks involved in Kolkata Metro. Based on the results of analysis, pictorial representation of risk involved in major stages of project has been drawn to give a better understanding. We have further discussed about the Estimated date relating to finishing of project was found. Keeping in view the need of the hour which calls for an intensive study in this area, we have set our objectives to identify the Risk involved in the project during Construction phase. To identify the major causes of Risks which may delay the project and also identify various risk factors that affect the project schedule as well as to analyse a major risks involved in metro rail projects by taking a case study on Kolkata Metro.
