| 摘要： | This Administrator's Guide provides an introduction to and an overview of the two-day course entitled 'Preliminary Training for Drug Evaluation and Classification.' This course is the first in a series of three training programs that, collectively, prepare police officers and other qualified persons to serve as Drug Recognition Experts (DREs). This Administrator's Guide is intended to facilitate planning and implementation of the Preliminary Training Program. The Guide overviews the two-day course of instruction and also overviews the documents that make up the curriculum package. |
