| 摘要： | The intelligent transportation system (ITS) architecture is a framework of physical elements on which ITS deployment, standards, and evaluation can be built. The framework consists of three layers: a transportation layer including functions required to implement ITS user services, a communication layer including identification of communication technologies and systems which will be used to exchange data required by the transportation layer, and an institutional layer which provides structure to the forces specifying requirements and deploying the architecture over time. |
