| 摘要： | This report provides an outline of a tutorial and application designed to educate facility managers about efficient building maintenance using Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). The tutorial evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of four maintenance methods to help maintenance managers evaluate their current equipment maintenance methods. The cost benefits of implementing a different type of RCM based on the cost of maintenance could be significant. RCM can prevent 'over maintaining' by saving mechanical labor time as well as maintenance dollars. |
