| 摘要： | The Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Installations & Logistics) (OPNAV N4) serves as the mission sponsor for Navy logistics by creating an environment that focuses on the analytical effort necessary to align naval logistics with current strategies and warfighting concepts, to accelerate logistics outcomes to the warfighter, and to ensure persistent logistics in unpredictable operational environments. OPNAV N4 collects, consolidates, and advocates Installations and Logistics requirements that support the Maritime Sustainment vectors of Refuel, Rearm, Resupply, Repair and Revive across the logistics continuum (planning, inter-theater, intra-theater, and the last tactical mile). OPNAV N4 applies analytic rigor to identify capability seams and gaps, capacity requirements, and, ultimately, pri-oritization of material and non-material solutions to inform decisions that enable and sustain Fleet operating forces and shore readiness. |
