| 摘要： | Global geosynthetics manufacturer Solmax has concluded the acquisition of TenCate Geosynthetics. With this transaction, the global reach, innovation capabilities and specialties of two recognized geosynthetics front-runners combine to create the world's largest geosynthetics provider. "Solmax is already the global leader in the development, manufacture, and provision of high-quality polyethylene geomembranes for containment in industrial and environmental applications," says Jean-Louis Vangeluwe, president of Solmax. "Now, with the addition of TenCate's geosynthetics, industrial fabrics and manufacturing plants, we have unmatched breadth of scope, scale and reach. Together, we create a better, stronger, faster Solmax-positioning ourselves well to accelerate our vision of driving higher standards, stimulating innovation and leading the geosynthetics industry forward." Geosynthetics manufacturer NAUE and the Dutch supplier of geosynthetics Prose Geotechniek announced the joint venture NAUE Prose. NAUE Prose will offer the complete range of NAUE products as well as installation services. The joint venture will also offer design services through the NAUE group's engineering office. "We are very excited to announce the start of NAUE Prose," says NAUE group's managing director, Alexander Naue. "This fusion will support our effort in serving every marketplace as best as we can. It is a clear signal for our commitment to the Dutch market." |
