| 摘要： | Students can hear from some of the International Geosynthetics Society's (IGS's) most eminent experts via new university lecture series videos. The 30-to-60-minute recorded talks aim to widen access to and understanding of geosynthetics for those at the start of their engineering careers, particularly senior undergraduates and graduate students. The content has been developed by experts at the IGS and its technical committees. U.K.-based CNH Industrial N.V. announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the capital stock of Raven Industries Inc. The transaction will be funded with available cash on hand of CNH Industrial. Closing is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including approval of Raven shareholders and receipt of regulatory approvals. An Italian-American corporation, CNH Industrial is headquartered in Basildon, U.K., and Raven Industries is headquartered in Sioux Falls, S.D. The acquisition builds upon a long partnership between the two companies and will further enhance CNH Industrial's position in the global agriculture equipment market by adding strong innovation capabilities in autonomous and precision agriculture technology. The acquisition includes the Raven Industries division Raven Engineered Films, a manufacturer of geosynthetics. |
