| 摘要： | This report documents the activities of an 11-month research project that considered various pedestrian-related factors and developed revised warrants for the installation of a traffic signal that are more sensitive to pedestrians and cyclists. Three warrant recommendations were made as a result of this research. Recommendations are summarized with the warrants that are affected for each recommendation. |
