摘要: This report provides the proceedings of the scoping workshop held 29 November - 2 December 1994 in Albuquerque, NM. The workshop was co-sponsored by the U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories (USACERL) and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Region 2. Workshop participants included TES researchers, regulators, and managers from numerous military services and organizations, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, other Federal agencies, private sector organizations, and universities. The workshop addressed propagation and translocation (PT) of TES plant species on military lands within the broad context of management options for enhancing the survival of TES plants. Workshop participants explored issues associated with PT and discussed a wide range of military needs for management activities and research to enhance survival of TES plants.
