| 摘要： | Design Review and Checking System (DrChecks), developed by the Engineer Research and Development Center's Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL), is Government-Off-the-Shelf software that supports the capture and use of organizational experience in the context of the design review process. DrChecks and its companion, Corporate Lessons Learned (CLL), are being used to turn personal experience, lessons learned, success stories, and good work practices identified by experienced staff members into corporate knowledge that can be shared throughout the organization. |
