| 摘要： | This report contains the results from four vehicles crash test performed at the Federal Outdoor Impact Laboratory (FOIL) located at the Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center (TFHRC) in McLean, Virginia. The tests conducted involved a fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) box-section terminal and a Fort Festiva traveling at 100 km/h. The purpose of these tests was to evaluate the safety performance of the FRP terminal and to provide data for future computer simulation models of the FRP terminal. The National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) report 350 was used for the test setup procedures and safety performance evaluation of the terminal. |
