| 摘要： | This study presents the results of the evaluation of radar detectors and speed-based incident detection algorithm. These elements are used in the Hartford Area Advance Traffic Management System. The report provides information on the system design, the accuracy of the field equipment and the effectiveness of the incident detection algorithms including a comparison with other incident detection algorithms. |
