| 摘要： | No matter how tired we get of hearing the term COVID and thinking that it is going to go away, there is a real possibility that it's here to stay. Even with the introduction of vaccines, the virus is going to continue to mutate, and with that fact, it may remain a part of our day-to-day living for a long time to come. Many of the changes to our daily lives that have been made to limit the spread of the virus could possibly be with us for months or years. Hopefully, this is not true and there is indeed an end to the pandemic. Not all of the changes that COVID has brought to our businesses may be completely negative, such as eliminating customer contact or being forced to move forward on many of the things we needed to do to make our business more successful anyway. Like communicating with our customers via the method they most prefer-text messaging. So let us take a look at these changes and why your shop should consider using them in the future, no matter the outcome of the pandemic. |
