Many shops, both repair and collision, have relied on these types of services as a reliable source of revenue. In today's market, the opportunities are even greater, as customers are often holding on to their vehicles longer and taking the time to maintain their vehicles' "health" with regular upkeep and repairs. Adding alignment sendees is a great way to increase shop profitability; however, challenges may arise if technicians aren't properly trained or your customers aren't aware of alignment services.
