THE ENVIRONMENT: The Alabama Department of Transportation has prioritized environmental mitigation measures, as the project site is located in the watershed of Mobile's water reservoir. LIMITS: H.O. Weaver & Sons Inc. is presently working on the $26.8 million contract that runs from Glenwood Road to east of McCrary Road. MORE TO COME: As of this writing, three further sections are pending construction, which will reach the Mississippi state line. |
