| 摘要： | This report presents the results of a comprehensive study of eight computer assisted interactive applications located within the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), and the Federal Lands Highway Program (FLHP). A detailed discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of the applications is presented as well as recommendations concerning future applications within the FHWA's technology transfer programs. |
