| 摘要： | This report is a complement to the Final Report: ATMS Implementation Plan of April 1996. It documents the development of an Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Strategic Deployment Plan for Northern Virginia which is intended to provide the foundation for integration of ITS applications within the transportation infrastructure and enhance the potential for system improvements through evaluation of the key transportation issues facing the region. The plan's primary purpose is to provide the region with a strategy for the implementation of ITS, and a'road map' for the integration of the ITS components, in order for the full potential of ITS to be realized. |
