摘要: |
The report summarizes a study conducted to review current procedures for determining subgrade resilient modulus. The fundamental objective of the study was to compile the essential background information necessary to recommend to the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation the most practical method(s) for determining subgrade resilient modulus values required for implementation of the flexible pavement design procedures given in the 1986 AASHTO Guide for Design of Pavement Structures. The study included a literature review of methodologies for determining resilient modulus and a survey of state highway agencies to determine current practice and level of resilient modulus utilization in flexible pavement design. |
