| 摘要： | The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) was signed on 24 December 2020. So far, attempts to have it referred to as the 'Christmas Eve Agreement' have fallen on deaf ears, but now that the festive decorations have come down, there are some important considerations as to what precisely the new trading relationship between the UK and EU is going to mean for the sector.This has been a long time coming. The twin effect of preparing for the potential of 'no deal' and tackling the ongoing effects of COVID has meant that for many businesses and organisations there has been an increased emphasis on management systems and processes for supply chain, employees and other activities than might have otherwise been the case. |
