The engineering giant hopes to raise at least £400m over the next 12 months by selling its rail business, parts of its aerial emergency services and training division, which provides apprenticeships. An employer of 30,000 people globally, Babcock supports Network Rail to maintain its track network as one of the largest track renewal companies in the UK. |
