| 摘要： | Total Vehicle Solutions (TVS) Group has acquired aluminium trailer and tipper body manufacturer Wilcox Commercial Vehicles. TVS Group, formed in 2019 with backing from private equity firm Elaghmore, includes three specialist manufacturers for commercial vehicles: SB Components, Priden Engineering and McPhee Mixers, with headquarters in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire. Annualised revenue is £45m. This is the group's first acquisition. TVS Group said that the acquisition strengthens and adds to the group's market position in the UK and Europe, creating greater cross-selling opportunities and the ability to share facilities broadening reach, resource and technical expertise. Wilcox is also the exclusive agent for CIFA Mixers in the UK. |
