| 摘要： | The Petronas Urania oil range is new and developed for both light commercial and heavy duty trucks. Thanks to 'StrongTech' formulation developed in Turin, the oil is said to form a strong film to protect engine surfaces. However, the new Urania 5000 5W-30 is said maintains a much thinner film compared to conventional 5W-30 engine oils to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. Domenico Ciaglia, Europe, Middle East and Africa MO says: 'The new Petronas Urania formula provides the strength for trucks to run stronger for longer thanks to development and testing at the most extreme events, including Formula 1, Moto GP and the Dakar Rally." Shell has extended its specialised fluids portfolio - Shell E-Fluids - to support battery electric (BEV) as well as fuel cell electric (FCEV) powertrains for commercial light, medium and heavy goods vehicles. This builds on the launch of the Shell E-Fluids range for passenger vehicles in May 2019. They offer, for example, up to eight times lower electrical conductivity when cooling an electric motor than a conventional transmission fluid. The company says it works with truck and bus OEMs to co-engineer bespoke fluids to meet specific drivetrain needs. |
