| 摘要： | Roger French's Inside Track column last month was bang on the money. He very clearly set out what should be the national bus strategy in his 10 bullet points. It could fit on a single sheet of A5 paper in large print. Those points that are within the gift of the local authority (the last three: bus priority, parking policy and land use planning) will fall at the first hurdle as they go straight in to the too difficult box, especially where decision makers can blame the pandemic for everything (i.e. reduced budgets, conflicting challenges, lack of local political support). |
