摘要: Stagecoach has announced plans to open a dedicated customer contact centre. Describing it as a 'one-stop phone and digital contact point,' the facility is planned to open in Spring 2022 and will be based in Perth. The centre plans to operate a seven-day service from launch, moving to 'fully extended opening hours on weekdays and weekends within the year.' The company said the centre will provide 'one easy point of contact' which customers can use to speak to a member of the Stagecoach team on any queries they have, including questions about timetables, feedback on services, help with smartcards and lost property. Customers will also buy tickets directly through the new shared service contact centre.
