| 摘要： | The rural county of Powys has lost one of its established bus and coach operators. Following a public inquiry on June 8, the operating licence of Roy Brown's Coaches of Builth Wells was revoked on July 16. The business was run by Nigel Wynn Brown as a sole trader. He was also the designated transport manager. In 2000 the operator was authorised to use 28 vehicles. The number was reduced to 21 after a 2007 public inquiry, and to 15 vehicles after further problems in 2017. |
