| 摘要： | Rotala-owned Preston Bus abandoned its exact fare policy in late July, and is removing the cash vault fareboxes that were the most visible sign of the system. The company said that research with customers and colleagues revealed the system to be a barrier to travel. Together with the recent introduction of contactless payment, the move was designed to attract more customers. Managing director Bob Dunn said "From Monday, July 26, our drivers will be ready and willing to issue change whenever required". |
