摘要: The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, Dakotas Area Office is preparing an environmental impact statement on the Northern Area Water Supply (NAWS) project. The environmental impact statement evaluates water treatment alternatives to minimize the risk of transfer of non-native biota from the Missouri River basin to the Hudson Bay basin. The NAWS project is a bulk water distribution system for local communities and rural water systems in Missouri River basin to the Hudson Bay basin.
