| 摘要： | This document is the user manual for the Right-of-Way (ROW) Acquisition Cost Estimating Planning Tool developed to help appraisers evaluate and analyze ROW acquisition costs. This tool is an interface between a set of regression equations and the users. It can also help manage the ROW takings information database. Once this software is installed on a computer, it allows the user to input the data collected from properties from different projects and then to see the analysis results and the estimated cost of any given property. / Supplementary Notes: See also PB2007-104905 and PB2007-104907.
